Refund policy

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
Because the vast majority of our products at Something Unique are custom-designed, made-to-order, and permanently personalized via laser engraving, UV printing, or sublimation, we strictly do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or customer-side error. All sales are final once a custom order has entered production.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item entirely, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at admin@somethingunique.com.au. 

To report an issue:
1. Provide your original Order Number.
2. Include clear, close-up photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

We will evaluate the issue immediately and, if verified as a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will gladly arrange for a replacement of the exact same item to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production or design layout drafting has commenced. If you need to request an urgent change immediately after ordering, please call us or email admin@somethingunique.com.au within 2 hours of purchase.
