Terms of service

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Something Unique. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Something Unique. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOMIZATION & DIGITAL PROOFS
We take immense pride in our attention to detail. For all personalized and custom orders, a digital design proof will be sent to the customer via the email address provided at checkout.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect the design layout, spacing, names, dates, and typography. Once the digital proof is explicitly approved by the client, Something Unique accepts absolutely no responsibility or liability for any spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or design oversights.

SECTION 2 - INVENTORY & PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to the curated nature of our luxury hampers and individual gift lines, we occasionally experience supply chain delays or item stockouts from our artisan partners. Something Unique reserves the right to substitute out-of-stock items within hampers with alternative products of equal or greater value. We ensure that any substitute items maintain the exact same premium aesthetic, quality, and color palette as the original listing.

SECTION 3 - BULK AND CORPORATE ORDERS
Orders designated as bulk or corporate require tailored material sourcing and extended manufacturing schedules. Large-scale bulk orders can take up to eight (8) weeks to design, produce, and fulfill from our studio. Customers are advised to contact us at admin@somethingunique.com.au well in advance of their events to finalize agreements and timelines.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
