Occasionally, some of our gift products may be out of stock. Something Unique reserves the right to substitute a product in your hamper for another similar product of the same or higher value.



NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
Because the vast majority of our products at Something Unique are custom-designed, made-to-order, and permanently personalized via laser engraving, UV printing, or sublimation, we strictly do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or customer-side error. All sales are final once a custom order has entered production.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item entirely, contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at admin@somethingunique.com.au.

To report an issue:
1. Provide your original Order Number.
2. Include clear, close-up photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

We will evaluate the issue immediately and, if verified as a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will gladly arrange for a replacement of the exact same item to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production or design layout drafting has commenced. If you need to request an urgent change immediately after ordering, please call us or email admin@somethingunique.com.au within 2 hours of purchase.

FULFILLMENT TIMELINES
All products listed on Something Unique are handcrafted, assembled, and custom-embellished in our studio. Standard production and processing times typically take between 3 to 7 business days from the moment your design proof is formally approved. Bulk or custom-commissioned orders follow alternative pre-agreed timelines (up to 8 weeks).

ITEMIZED REAL-TIME POSTAGE RATES
To ensure fairness and accuracy, our storefront utilizes live carrier integration. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically in real-time at checkout based on the total physical weight, dimensional volume, and the final shipping destination of your itemized order.

DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST SHIPMENTS
Once an order leaves our hands and enters the carrier's possession, tracking updates and delivery handling are the responsibility of the postal courier. Something Unique is not liable for carrier transit delays, severe weather disruptions, or items marked as delivered by the carrier but missing from residential properties.

If your package appears lost or arrives heavily damaged, please notify us at admin@somethingunique.com.au with your tracking data so we can assist you in filing an official inquiry with the postal carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently fulfill and ship orders natively within Australia. For special international delivery requests, please query our administration team directly via email prior to purchase.
